Wonderful Stay at the Ceysands!
helpful staff double upgrade free transfer private dinner
The staff was always smiling and eager to help. We received a complimentary double upgrade and they made sure we were completely comfortable. The location is directly on the beach, tuk-tuks are readily available, and the boat transfer is available all day, it is free! Roshni from F&B arranged a special private dinner on the beach for us, she ensured everything was perfect.
The pool was unfortunately green for two days. Though it was quickly resolved.

Our room had a separate lounge and bedroom. Also two furnished balconies were available. The room featured large televisions in both the lounge and bedroom and provided reliable Wi-Fi. Air conditioning, a fridge. tea and coffee making facilities, were available.

spacious room delicious food misty room breakfast improvement
I liked that the rooms were spacious. The food was delicious. The staff was really good and made thoughtful gestures with the towels.
I noticed the rooms got very misty with moisture when I turned off the AC.

mixed feelings about my stay
threadbare net curtains cold food
the room looked really worn. the net curtains looked old. i got a view of a shop from the room. not what i think a superior garden room should be. the bar did not have a good vibe and lacked entertainment. the breakfast buffet was also not great. it had long waits for coffee and tea. food was often cold. they would run out and not fill up stations fast enough.
